If you have an existing door in good condition you may wish to consider automating it. This has become an increasingly popular option as a result of the Disability Discrimination Act which requires service providers to make physical adjustments in order to allow for disabled access. Please see our DDA section for further information on the Disability Discrimination Act.
connect a.d. can supply and fit a range of door operators in order to allow you to automate your existing door. These operators will be fitted to the door by our experienced door engineers.
The range of door operators fall into two categories:
The fully automatic operators are ideal for use in the most demanding of commercial environments where the entrance is subject to heavy usage.
The low energy operator is designed for low level usage and is ideal for trained traffic in both residential and commercial environments.
