Park Row Apartments, Leeds
For the fashionable Park Row Apartments in Leeds city centre, connect a.d. was chosen to manufacture and install a Hinging Automatic Entrance Doorset at the main entrance.
The doorset consisted frameless doorleaves with top and bottom rails and a doorframe all clad in satin stainless steel for a modern and fashionable look.
The robust Fully Automatic operators incorporated safety presence sensors and rubber finger trap protection at the pivot point.
The door entry system was linked to high qualtiy concealed latch locks in the top of the doorframe that were suitable for emergency exit. A link to the fire alarm opens the doors automatically to allow exit and entry by the fire department in an emergency.
The main contractor Lemonpark Construction and the client were delighted with the installation and functionality of the doorset.
